The Courtyard at Merrimac Landing will be constructed in 4 phases with 8 townhomes in each phase. End units feature larger units and 2 car garages.

Interior Units: Starting at $249,900 approximately 1,450 SF with 2 bedrooms, finished loft and 1 car garage*

End Units: $329,900 approximately 1,800 SF with 2 bedrooms, finished loft and 2 car garage*

Attention First Time Homebuyers
Down Payment grants of up to $10,000 are available to first time homebuyers at Merrimac Landing if you qualify. These grants are provided through the Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership www.mvhp.org (see the Town Program for qualifying details). Money for this program is very limited.
