Members in the RWC program are screened annually for building practices, customer satisfaction, financial management and professional integrity. By including an RWC Limited Warranty with your new home the builder is backing their reputation with a written, insured warranty. If you have a warranted problem within the applicable coverage period, it will be corrected by the builder, or RWC will fulfill your builder’s obligations under the warranty. Our warranty provides full coverage as defined within the warranty for 1 year from the date of your purchase and structural coverage as detailed within your warranty for 6 full years from the date of your purchase. A written sample copy of our warranty is available upon request and will be provided to you automatically as part of the purchase of your new home. The RWC Limited Warranty is an excellent sales tool. If you decide to sell your home during the term of the warranty, the remaining warranty protection automatically transfers to the future owners.
